Drying System "Farewell to Undried"
Drying System "Farewell to Undried"
The most important aspect of cleaning is the drying method. Traditional drying methods include hot air drying, self-heating drying, spin drying, and vacuum drying, among others. However, it is difficult to eliminate drying stains, and there are many issues with dynamic drying methods that waste energy and consume a lot of solvents. The new drying method, "Farewell Un-Dried PAT," completes the process from steam cleaning to drying in steam, making it a static drying method. Additionally, because it dries in a gas without air, it is a drying system that is stain-free, energy-efficient, and has low solvent consumption. The content of this drying system (PAT) heats the items being cleaned above the boiling point of the solvent through accelerated static heat transfer in steam, vaporizing all liquids that are adhered to the items being cleaned.
